Are french macarons gluten free?

Yes, they are made using almond flour, egg white, sugar, butter, vanilla, and salt. However, we can not guarentee that your macarons have not come into contact with gluten since they are made in a kitchen that processes gluten products.

Can you make allergen-friendly macarons?

Yes! We can make gluten, soy, and dairy free macarons. However, we can not guarentee that these products have not come into contact with these allergens at some point, as they are made in a kitchen that also processes gluten, soy and dairy.

How long are my macarons good for?

French macarons will be good for up to four days after purchasing them.

How should I store my macarons?

Store them in a container (preferrably air tight) in the fridge. Let them come to room temperature before eating. . .  its worth the wait!

Where can I buy Spot Bakery’s plastic packaging?

Our plastic packages are only sold to vendors for resale of their products. They are not available for retail purchases at this time.
Our recycled plastic packaging is produced with EcoStar material.
